Stag's Leap Wine Dinner


5月才到過加洲嘅Napa Valley...
仲好懷念當地嘅佳肴美酒.....

估唔到甘快又有得食,有得飲..

Hong Kong Jockey Club於上星期五舉辦了一場Winer Dinner..
邀請左於1970年代在Napa Valley創辦的Stag's Leap酒莊..
當中最聞名的是Cabernet Sauvignon的S.L.V. 及Cask 23品種..

而當晚嘅重點菜式係Grilled 21-day Dry Aged Sirloin

XX收到消息後,就立刻book位...

好木味,未食野之前飲好strong,但食左肉再飲就啱啱好
