真係幾成功

每次請黎嘅Chef
都好有水準
所以我同XX每次都唔會錯過lee d難得嘅米芝蓮3星大廚到訪

今次請黎嘅Michel Trama係來自法國
佢係2004年獲得米芝蓮3星架

香脆嘅豬腩肉+下面甜甜地嘅mascarpone >>>> 1鹹1甜,好有創意

紅菜頭做成carpaccio,再配凍Foie Gras一齊入口,未試過甘食,但出奇地夾,紅菜頭減輕左Foie Gras嘅油膩 >>> 好正...

Potato Tower with Oscietra Caviar

中間係mashed potato,上面鋪上魚子醬,反而最欣賞係mashed potato,超creamy,超滑,好好味....


Duo of Scallops with Truffle: Tartar and Millefeuille

帶子僅熟,好fresh,夾住truffle一齊食,好match...
tartar下面同樣墊有truffle,一樣甘好食


Cauliflower Risotto with Sauteeed Ceps and Herbs Emulsion

好Creamy,好Cheese,唔駛形容都知好味


Pigeon Roasted with Spices and Cumin Scented Carrots

Pigeon先風乾,之後先炸後焗,肉質好嫩,切開見到仲係粉紅色,起哂骨,啖啖肉,個sauce酸酸地,有d薑味 >>>>>>10個LIKE...

食 - 絕對係一種享受,不論平或貴.....
       1碗出名嘅魚蛋粉,1杯出名嘅凍奶茶,我都會照去排隊....

有d野,自己確實做唔到,所以真係要出去食,食人家嘅心思,人家嘅創意....
番到屋企,得閒諗下,搵d靈感,嘗試多d....
美味人生...
