報唔到
只報了今日及明日那個

當中還包括了上堂前嘅light breakfast
落堂後嘅3 course set lunch
好OK呢

Pineapple Carpaccio with Coriander and Coconut




 "Religieuse" with Passionfruit








 Warm Bananas with Yuzu and Streusel, Jivara Milk Chocolate Sauce





 Minestrone with Exotic Fruit Poached with Spices


Lunch:
Warm shellfish egg custard with poached shrimps and marinated green asparagus


Grilled beef tenderloin with radicchio risotto and Madeira cream sauce


Sicillian pistachio mille feuille, raspberry sherbet


好好玩呢
難得機會可以向大C級偷C
聽日仲有macaroon呢
又可以睇下其他人點做?

後話: 好彩冇報Sat...否則點去LC呢
