花茶

繼果茶後
11R近日也愛上了花茶
唔知係唔係年紀大
開始唔鍾意飲太多汔水果汁
平日早餐飲一杯咖啡後
其他時間只會飲清水

自從自己動手弄了果茶後
多左留意了茶/茶壺等

知道花茶對人體有好多益處
於是又買左少少試下

工欲善其事
必先利其器

可以單選一種
或冲泡時mix自己喜歡的
另外有一些預先已經mix了

我選了以下幾款

Pink Rose Buds
舒解情緒,減緩壓力,美容養顏和舒緩經痛
